A range of workshops on wellbeing & psychological safety for employees
Our Workplace Series is designed to give employees some much needed time and space to pause, check in with themselves and identify ways to make small changes that lead to a sustainable improvement in their overall mental health and wellbeing. Our workshops are fun, real, supportive and “no-fluff”. While we keep it upbeat and light-hearted, the content is firmly grounded in the latest research and studies on resilience, wellbeing and positive psychology. We are passionate about empowering people to be practical, not perfect. The flexible nature of our programs and workshops mean that we can provide all or just some of the content, based on the needs of your internal teams. There are five workshops available to choose from that can be delivered as a series or as individual workshops.
