The Teen Wellbeing Program
A Wellbeing, Mental Health &
Resilience Program for Progressive
Schools
Dr Charise Deveney & Jade Forster developed the Teen Wellbeing Program to support the increasing number of teenagers being referred to our psychology clinics. It is a preventative program, designed to arm teens with the skills to take charge of their mental health and wellbeing before they need clinical care.
Our Teen Wellbeing Program is 4 x 1 hour interactive workshops that target key areas of teen emotional, psychological and social development. We draw from psychological theories and frameworks such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Resilience Studies, giving students an opportunity to deepen their self-awareness and strengthen their understanding of their thoughts and emotions – skills that are vital for stable mental health and functioning in adulthood.

We work with progressive, forward thinking schools who want to resource their year 7-12 students with accurate information and empower them to become active participants in their own mental health and wellbeing journey.
