In this session, we look at healthy psychology in pregnancy, what to expect and discuss ways we can mentally prepare for birth and beyond. It's ideal to do this class in the second trimester. This class includes: • One hour session facilitated by Dr Charise Deveney and Jade Forster • Tips and tools to support healthy psychology in pregnancy • Three guided exercises and handouts • An opportunity to ask questions!
